How It Works

Follow the below steps to check your coverage and select your package

Check your Coverage

Scroll down to the below SkyFibre Coverage Map. Search for your address in the top search bar and select the correct result.

There are two shaded areas:

 Blue indicates coverage in a Main Area

 Purple indicates coverage in a Remote Area

Should your address fall outside of the shaded coverage areas, please contact us anyway, as we may have other networks or options available that suit your requirements.

Select your Package & Order

Pricing structures are based on your coverage area indicated in step one. Once you have determined your coverage area, scroll down to the relevant packages and select your preferred line speed.

Once you have determined your preferred package, select sign-up to be redirected to our Business Fibre application form. Complete the form and submit your details, and a member of our technical team will contact you to discuss and finalise your application.

Our team will compile and send you a quotation based on your requirements.

Line & Router Installation

Once your order has been finalised and the quotation has been accepted, our team will place your order for installation. The installation process for a high quality, dedicated fibre line can take anywhere between 3-6 months, however this may vary and is customer specific.

PacketSky is able to offer temporary solutions during this installation process, including a short-term microwave link (line of sight dependent).

Once your link is installed, our team will schedule our router installation. We will personally setup your router and ensure you are up and running!
