TT Connect charges a once-off connection fee of R1,725.00 for all new connections to its network, including new installations. PacketSky will invoice you the once-off TT Connect connection fee directly, and this fee is included in your first invoice.

PacketSky will provide customers with a free to use Cudy AC1200 router, which includes Dual Band WiFi, 5 x Gigabit Ethernet Ports and 4 x 5dBi High Gain Antennas. The router remains the property of PacketSky, as per our terms and conditions.

*Should you make use of your own router, we will provide you with the necessary information to connect to our service. Please note that our technicians are available to help with any connection issues, however we are unable to assist with the setup of your own router. Please refer to the manufacturers guide for further assistance.

PacketSky Electronic Debit Order Mandate

You will only be billed once your package goes live. We pro-rata your first months billing, so you only pay for the days that you are live! All services are billed in advance. All monthly debit orders are run on the first working day of the month. Debit orders for pro-rata invoices are run on the 15th of the month, if your service is activated prior to this date. Alternatively, your pro-rata invoice will be included with your next months debit order.

Yes, I agree to the Electronic Debit Order Mandate Declaration as listed below and hereby request and authorise Magnalec (Pty) Ltd t/a PacketSky, to debit my bank account in advance on the 1st working day of each month with the total amount payable on my account.

I / We confirm that that bank account that I have provided is a valid account and that I have complete authority to instruct Magnalec (Pty) Ltd t/a PacketSky ("PacketSky") to process debit orders against this account. I / We hereby authorise you to issue and deliver payment instructions to the bank for collection against my / our above mentioned account at my / our above mentioned bank (or any other bank or branch to which I / We may transfer my / our account) on condition that the sum of such payment instructions will never exceed my / our obligations as agreed to in the Agreement, and commencing on the commencement date and continuing until this Authority and Mandate is terminated by me / us by giving you notice in writing of no less than one full calendar month, and sent by email to finance@packetsky.com.

The individual payment instructions so authorised to be issued must be issued and delivered as follows: On the 1st day ("payment day") of each and every month commencing on initial payment date as per the invoicing. If the payment day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or recognized South African public holiday, the payment day will automatically be the very next ordinary business day. Further, if there are insufficient funds in the nominated account to meet the obligation, you are entitled to track my account and re-present the instruction for payment as soon as sufficient funds are available in my account.

I / We understand that the withdrawals hereby authorised will be processed through a computerized system provided by the South African Banks and I also understand that details of each withdrawal will be printed on my bank statement. Each transaction will contain a number, which must be included in the said payment instruction and if provided to you should enable you to identify the Agreement. A payment reference is added to this form before the issuing of any payment instruction. I / We shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which you have withdrawn while this authority was in force if such amounts were legally owing to you.

Mandate:
I / We acknowledge that all payment instructions issued by you shall be treated by my/our above mentioned bank as if the instructions had been issued by me/us personally.

Cancellation:
I / We agree that although this Authority and Mandate may be cancelled by me / us, such cancellation will not cancel the Agreement. I / We shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which you have withdrawn while this authority was in force, if such amounts were legally owing to you.

Assignment:
I / We acknowledge that this Authority may be ceded to or assigned to a third party if the agreement is also ceded or assigned to that third party, but in the absence of such assignment of the Agreement, this Authority and Mandate cannot be assigned to any third party.

Electronic Signature:
By selecting the ‘Submit’ button, I / we agree that my electronic signature is the legally binding equivalent to my / our handwritten signature on this Electronic Debit Order Mandate and this signature enforces a contractual agreement between myself/ourselves and PacketSky. I / we agree that you don’t have to validate the authorisation I / we have given with any third party as I / we have the full legal right to authorise this debit order mandate.

RICA Documents

The legal requirements for Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in South Africa, requires us to verify your identity and physical address of your service. Please note that we will be unable to place your order with the Fibre Network Operator (FNO) without receipt of your RICA documents.

Proof of Identity: Please provide a scanned copy of your Smart ID Card, Green Barcoded ID book, Passport or equivalent if you are a foreigner

Proof of Address: Please provide a document for proof of residence that contains the physical address of your service. Valid documents that are accepted: Bank Statement, Municipal Invoice, Cellphone Account, Lease Agreement, Vehicle License, TV License, Rental Agreement, Insurance Policy, Affidavit. The documents must not be older than three months old and must contain your physical address.

Should you not upload these documents during the application process, please ensure these documents are emailed to rica@packetsky.com within 48 hours of your application. Should we not receive these documents, your application will be deemed invalid and your order will not be fulfilled.
