To log a support ticket, login to your Customer Portal and select Tickets from the portal menu. If you cannot remember your username, email our team at email@example.com
Create a Ticket
Select “Create a Ticket” and complete the ticket form with all required information. Include as much detail as possible as this will assist our support team in resolving your issue.
Our support team will attend to your issue as soon as possible. You can communicate directly with the support team within your ticket to keep up to date with the progress of your issue.
