Installation Fee*
Should an installation be required, a FibreSuburb representative will then contact you to schedule your installation within approximately 14 days.
Please note that the installation fee may differ depending on your location. Some FibreSuburb estates (e.g. Kindlewood Estate, Southdowns, Houghton) have specific connection/installation fees that will be invoiced to you directly by FibreSuburb. Remaining estates have a connection fee of R2,015.00 for any new installation required, or installation that requires first time activation. Please contact us and we will advise which connection/installation fee is applicable to your estate and property.
CPE Placement
Should you stay in Kindlewood Estate or Southdowns, Fibresuburb will install your CPE in your garage. You will require additional cabling to be installed in order to get your router into a central location in your home. This cabling is for your own account, however we are able to recommend reliable cable installers who can assist you in this process.
Upgrade/Downgrade Fees**
FibreSuburb charges a once-off upgrade and/or downgrade fee of R299.00 for all package changes.
