Installation & Connection Fee*
Openserve charges a R575.00 connection fee for any new connections to an existing installation (e.g. moving from another ISP).
Openserve in partnership with PacketSky is offering FREE installation & connection fees on all new fibre installations until 30 September 2024, provided that the service is not cancelled within the first 12 months. Should the service be cancelled within this period, a fee of R575.00 will be payable prior to cancellation. Any orders received after this date will incur the installation fee should no Openserve ONT be present.
An Openserve representative will contact you to schedule your installation within approximately 14 days of your order being placed.
