Openserve Free Installation Terms * Openserve, in partnership with PacketSky, is offering FREE installation and connection fees on all new fiber installations until 31 March 2027, provided that the service is not canceled within the first 12 months. If the service is canceled within this period, a fee of R575.00 will be payable prior to cancellation. Any orders received after this date will incur the installation fee if no Openserve ONT is present.

TT Connect Installation Terms * The TT Connect installation is subject to a maximum distance of 15 meters from the TT Connect network to your termination point and includes the fibre termination device (ONT). Any additional distance is charged at R149 per meter and is payable upon receipt of the invoice. TT Connect will confirm any additional charges during installation, if applicable.

Vodacom Installation Terms * I understand that a standard installation is limited to a maximum distance of 40 meters from the boundary box to the fiber termination device (ONT). Any additional distance is charged at R200 per meter and is payable upon receipt of the invoice. Vodacom will confirm any additional charges during installation, if applicable.

WiFi Performance * I understand that PacketSky cannot guarantee WiFi performance
Due to the nature of Wi-Fi technology, the strength and coverage of a router's wireless signal cannot be guaranteed, as it is susceptible to interference. PacketSky's responsibility is to ensure the speed of your line to the router. However, we cannot and do not guarantee full Wi-Fi coverage within your premises or the speed of the service over a wireless connection.
Would you like us to courier your router to the Service Address? * Our couriers deliver during work hours on weekdays. Please ensure someone is available to accept the router during these times at the address provided.
Delivery Address for Router * Debit Order Authorisation * Yes, I hereby authorise PacketSky to debit my account in advance on the 1st working day of each month with the total amount payable on my monthly account. I authorise PacketSky to debit my account on the 15th of the month, or the next available working day, with my initial pro-rata invoice if my service is activated prior to this date.

Activation of Service * I understand that my package can only be activated and my router can only be couried once the Fibre Network has provided confirmation to PacketSky that my line is configured and ready for use.
