How it Works

  1. Accessing Voicemail Box Settings:
    • Navigate to the PacketSky Voice SmartPBX dashboard.
    • Select the “Voicemail Boxes” tab to access the settings for voicemail boxes.
  2. Configuring Voicemail Box Settings:
    • Voicemail PIN: Set or change the PIN for accessing the voicemail box to ensure security.
    • Email Notifications: Configure email notifications to send voicemail messages to a specified email address. This allows users to receive voicemails even when they are away from their phones.
