Why do I keep getting invoices if I am on a debit order?

Customers will continue to receive invoices via email, despite being on a debit order. Tax Invoices are sent to customers for your records or for informational purposes. The purpose of an invoice is to provide a detailed breakdown of the charges or fees that are being deducted from your account via the debit order.

It also allows you to keep track of your charges, including for submission to SARS should you claim the service as a deduction.
